HOW WE WORK
Step 1 - The Chat In order for us to get started, we must first understand the scope of the project and it's requirements. This can either be done over the phone, via email, or even a arrange a meeting down at our London studio.
Step 2 - The Approval After we gather your ideas and understand your requirements a visual approval is sent to you so we can both make sure we are on the same page. Once approved our designers will begin to create a fully specified technical package.
Step 3 - The Sample Samples are then put into production and sent to you within 2-6 weeks, for you to see and feel it in hand. This allows you to test and refine your design and make any changes if nessecary. Once you have approved your sample, we then can move onto the next step.
Step 4 - The Production We have facilities worldwide, which have been technically and ethically audited to industry standards. We select the location and facility based on the scope of your project. We have an extensive network of factories, who all specialise in various fabrications.
Step 5 - The Delivery Your order delivered right to your door. We take care of all the shipping and logistics as well as covering duties & import taxes. The price you are quoted is what you will pay - no surprise charges here!
